In a moment of feeling despair that the work is too hard and that you will never be able to overcome a feat that has been presented to you, remind yourself that pressure creates diamonds. Speaking for myself, I know that the hardships that I had to overcome in life made me a to a stronger and more tolerant person to certain obstacles. Although I am not perfect, and no human is perfect, I find time to focus on the things that create distance from old thoughts that will tend to linger around and potentially hold me back from the task at hand. To process is to forget, having amnesia in a sense. To keep moving forward, to have faith and strength in yourself to know that you will be okay in the end. Given the time, no matter the issue, remind yourself that you will one day be a diamond that came from the rough. Just as if you were a rose that grew from concrete. At the end of the day, it could be worse as I would often to tell myself. Life is a lesson and a blessing in itself, don't waste it sulking, hoping for an easier end to come and save you, struggle and failure is needed for success.
